Channel issues

Everything has been fine up until a month ago where I keep getting channels stopping and saying LOADING..PLEASE WAIT and then they come back on to go off again a minute later etc etc. Yesterday was really bad making the footy unwatchable.

I'll reset the box but then the channels will disappear totally and then after about 3 resets eventually they gone back on. Only for the pattern to be repeated an hour later. My broadband seems spot on and all the settings are as per the screenshots that the boys advise to.

I'm at a loss!! Help!!!

There have been a few issues over the last few days due to people transcoding which affected the service.

How are you connected? Is it via wifi or Ethernet cable?

Also, from time to time you will not get access to the service as there will be a restart taking place. This usually takes less than 10 minutes.

Ethernet! Thought it might have been due to the transcoders. No problem. Hopefully you have given them a right hook!!
